Marcelo Moreschi, born 1978 in Maringá, BR – lives and works in São Paulo, BR
Marcelo Moreschi holds a MA in Literary Theory from State the University of Campinas (Unicamp), BR, and a PhD in Hispanic Languages and Literatures from the University of California, Santa Barbara, USA. Since 2014, he has been a professor of Literary Theory and Brazilian Literature at Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp) at Guarulhos, BR, where he directs Grupo de Estudos da Deriva (Dérive Study Group), an intervention/performance collective loosely based on lettrist and situationist concepts. Since 2012, he has been working on published and unpublished texts written by Flávio de Carvalho. He has also researched and published on the avant-gardes, Brazilian Modernism, canonical Brazilian literary history, and the manifesto literary mode.
